<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I grew up in Lienz, East Tyrol, and have been working as a director in Austria and internationally since 2007, including at the Burgtheater Vienna, the Salzburg Festival, and the Festival d’Avignon IN. In 2023, I completed my first film, “Gil und Dole”, which was longlisted at the UK Film Festival London and received an ‘Honorable Mention’ at the Female Eye Film Festival in the TIFF Bell Lightbox, Toronto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Central to my work is observation and movement. My travels have taken me to France, Corsica, Scandinavia, North Africa, India, Japan and Southeast Asia as well as to extended stays in Paris and New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the heart of my work is the encounter with people and the telling of stories that touch a wide audience in a sensual and profound way, strengthening trust in human development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I currently live in Vienna with my family and two children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MUSIC<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Music has shaped me since my childhood: I learned the oboe at the Lienz Music School before beginning my vocal training with Josef Oberwalder (Osttiroler Viergesang).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My vocal studies first took me to the \u00c9cole Nationale de Musique de Pantin in Paris, and I completed my studies in 2021 with a degree in “Lieder and Oratorio” at the Conservatory of Church Music in Vienna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An impression of my work as a singer can be gained from the recording of “Brahms’ Folk Songs”<\/a> with the Musicbanda Franui, as part of my production “Only one Face” <\/a>at the Bregenz Festival \/ Kunst aus der Zeit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Teaching<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I am also dedicated to teaching, having worked as a guest lecturer at the Private University of Vienna and as a university assistant at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz. In Vienna, I led the ‘International Masterclass Program’ of my former theater company “Theater Montagnes Russes” <\/a>where directors from Austria and internationally were invited, creating new working relationships for networking, including film director Adrian Goiginger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JURY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

From 2017 to 2023, I was a jury member at the Federal Ministry for Arts and Culture in the Department of Music and Performing Arts, gaining extensive insight into the Austrian theater landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaker<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I am the founder of the platform “B\u00fchne der Macht\u00a9” (“Stage of power”) and analyze personal and structural power dynamics using methods from staging and acting. The platform is built on three pillars: Art \u2013 Humanity \u2013 Philosophy. As a speaker, my focus is on success strategies for women and nonverbal negotiation training. I completed my training as a power analyst with Christine Bauer-Jelinek and am currently enrolled in the postgraduate program *Philosophical Practice* at the University of Vienna, led by Donata Romizi and including courses with Konrad Paul Liessmann, among others. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
